Associate, Capital Markets

Keel Partners executes the transaction that advisory surfaces. As an Associate you will support capital markets engagements across the stack, from structuring through execution, with the whole institution behind the work rather than a single desk.

What you will do

• Support capital raising, deal execution, and transaction structuring for middle-market clients.
• Build the analysis and materials that carry a transaction through to close.
• Coordinate across the institution so execution reflects the inside view advisory formed.
• Learn full-stack execution from operators who have done it.
