Vice President, Advisory

Keel Advisory is the front door of the institution. As a Vice President you will run engagements from the inside: on the floor with management, finding the constraint that matters, and building the plan the team can own. You will carry the outcome, not a workstream.

What you will do

• Lead performance improvement and M&A engagements end to end.
• Embed with management to establish the real operating picture and the binding constraint.
• Build and drive the value-creation plan, then stay accountable to the result.
• Bring in the wider platform, capital markets, principal capital, and technology, when the work calls for it.

What we look for

• Operator judgment. You have run something, or advised as if you did.
• Depth in middle-market performance improvement or M&A execution.
• The credibility to lead a management team through a hard reset.
• A bias to ownership over observation.
